In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholder and other IT teams to apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including solution technical and architecture definition and design, requirement elicitation, team’s effort estimation. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables, conduct code review and lead other developers to ensure internal and industry standards are met. A successful candidate will be expected to drive technology agenda across the team and reframe the thinking and build consensus, co-create values by delivering passion to innovation. Key Responsibilities
Analyze business/technical requirements to define the scope of development and implementation initiatives and integration practices
Serve as the technical subject matter expert on designing and developing web-based applications.
Training and mentoring development team members in technologies, solutions and best practices
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, standards compliance, reusability and ease of maintenance.
Review, and contribute to the performance tuning, and code optimization
Proficient in presentation skills, including
10+ years of experience in IT Service Desk operations and Proven track record of successfully integrating Power Automate, Azure, Fresh Service, and Oracle HCM, ideally within an IT service desk environment.
8+ years of proven experience in capacity of Technology Lead/Senior Developer with focus on browser-based web applications, SharePoint Online and MS Power Platform
Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices (ITIL Certification is a plus)
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, Information technology or related field)
Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes, capable of aligning data analysis with overarching business objectives
Self-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail: meticulous in ensuring accuracy throughout the process of data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, Information technology or related field)
Certification in Six Sigma, ISO, PMO is a value addition
