This is a business role with an expertise in Data analytics and getting right inference addressing the core business issue. This role is focused on analyzing the numbers, creating a visually compelling presentation with key takeaways for easy management decisions. Good interpersonal skill to maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders and a fair understanding of Power BI and other automation tools are the must to succeed in this role.
Strong Analytical skills to understand and interpret the data, uncovering issues that are often unseen at a surface level
Maintaining close relationship with stakeholders and be up to date in terms of happenings in a particular department
Capable of framing and redefining KPIs based on changes in Processes, Systems, and more.
Creating visually compelling slides for presentations
Crafting concise management summary with decision points
Producing comprehensive one-page summaries that encompass the holistic dept. performance
Utilizing effective visualization techniques for key metrics, employing easily understandable charts
Knowledge of Power BI, Azure data lake and Azure Services like Analysis Service & SQL Databases
Managing Documentation and records as per the process
Conducting regular meetings with stakeholders and maintain Minutes of the Meeting with clear actionable
Understand business requirement and actively provide inputs from Data perspective including the underlying data and flow of data
Minimum of 12-18 years of experience in preparing Management presentations & Data Analysis
Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes, capable of aligning data analysis with overarching business objectives
Self-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail: meticulous in ensuring accuracy throughout the process of data analysis and reporting
Proficient in Advanced Excel, with expertise in formulas, functions, data modelling, charts, and more
Moderate to professional-level experience in Power BI, capable of independently meeting project requirements using available resources
Experienced in developing manpower planning strategies and assessing capacity utilization through data assimilation
Master’s degree in Business Management/IT/Engineering
Certification in Six Sigma, ISO, PMO is a value addition
Detail oriented
Aware of new market trends in Performance Management
Good interpersonal skills
